The redevelopment works to the final phase of the old Bristol Paintworks site are being undertaken by Rengen. Once complete, the new buildings will provide a total of 92 apartments and 19,000 square feet of commercial space, plus car parking, secure cycle storage, public open space and landscaping works. The development is being funded by Close Brothers.
