| Grahame Park is the London Borough of Barnet's largest housing estate. The plan to regenerate the whole of the Grahame Park estate comprises an £800 million, 3,000 home programme - one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe. Choices for Grahame Park, part of the Genesis Housing Group, is currently undertaking the first major phase of development. Phase 1a comprises 319 new homes which will be built by 2012. The contract is valued at £42,000,000 and the building contractor is Countryside Properties plc. The funder is Lloyds TSB Bank plc.
