The practice was founded on 1 November 1986, primarily for the provision of surveying services to the banking sector on property development and investment lending. Since the late 1980's Westminster Consultants has concentrated exclusively on project monitoring.

By concentrating on this single discipline, we are uniquely able to understand our clients' business and are thus able to provide a range of services which is exactly suited to their needs. The world of property and property finance is ever changing and, by maintaining focus on this sector, Westminster Consultants is able to constantly evolve and adapt the role of the project monitor.

Westminster Consultants provides a national service to banks that lend on all types of property development and investment. With projects ranging from single dwellings to major mixed use schemes costing more than £100 million, we have experience in all major sectors from residential to retail, industrial to leisure, sport to transport and health to custodial. 

Our growth rate has been substantial and our record is impressive. Over the past 23 years Westminster Consultants has been actively involved in some 3400 projects with a combined construction cost well in excess of £1 billion.
